Orders are processed before dispatch, and delivery time depends on your location and selected delivery method. Your applicable delivery information will be shown at checkout and provided with your order confirmation.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in its original condition and packaging. Hair that has been installed, cut, coloured, bleached, washed, restyled or otherwise altered cannot be returned or exchanged. Exchanges are subject to availability, and custom/personalised units may have different conditions.
